Repeat the feat

I woke up with agitation
A body filled with hesitation
Sun in the sky sleeping
Morning cats still creeping
The clock says six am
Silence before the mayhem
Foxes roam and birds soar
Eeriness permeates my core
Face the dark without light
The air in my chest is tight
Today will come and go
So that all may repeat tomorrow
